Korean Rice Cake Lesson
In this lesson, you will learn how to make traditional Korean rice cakes in various symbolic shapes:
 • Baramtteok – Shaped like a crescent moon
 • Oksunttok – Shaped like an apple
 • Santteok – Shaped like a wrapping cloth (bojagi style)
 • Dojangtteok – Flat and decorated with a stamp

Each rice cake is filled with sweet bean paste inside.
You will make approximately 15 to 20 pieces, which will be beautifully packed in a box to take home.
A gift bag is also included.
